Submit a nomination for the IFSMA Project Award.
The Iowa Floodplain and Stormwater Management Association recognizes an outstanding project representing the best in floodplain and stormwater management practices. To be considered for the annual Project Award:
· Design should be substantially complete at the time of submission.
· Project incorporates best practices and constraints of flood mitigation or promotes the use of new and innovative procedures, methods, designs, and/or products.
· Project must be in Iowa.
· Previous award winners are not eligible to reapply for 3 years.
· The project team must include at least one member of IFSMA.
To submit a nomination, please email the following information:
· Applicant Name
· Applicant Organization
· Project Location
· In 300 words or less, provide a summary of why this project deserves the award.
Deadline for all application submittals is October 30, 2024
